0 Pingers should automatically be marked as a disconnect, and the game should end if the only alive players on any team are disconnected.

I saved 2 seconds one time when everyone hit ready That was once in over a year haha

If there are no disconnects game starts automatically in 15-20 sec so pressing "ready" button is pointless.

also enemy shouldn't see the ping of your teammates! and they shouldn't see that somebody is dced, those can rc in a minute or two just to see they were killed by a sneaky light who saw those 0 pings

actually riot (league of legends developer) did a research and proved that it's better not to show you the ping of your teammates as well, it never leads to anything positive but may lead to some harassment for having too high ping

As an Australian with "high" ping, I was never really harrased or made fun of for it. At least not seriously

I'm still stunned that you all wait those last 10 seconds without problems. I HATE those extra seconds, if everyone is there why do we wait some extra 10 seconds?
Is everyone so mentally instable that he have to find zen before every match?

Before that button, matches just started, now we hold a meeting before we finally stomp around. And the startup sequence is there, too so while cool we wait even longer.
