And I never have any problems with other games or services so I doubt it's my ISP.
I'm from Europe.

I tested on both Smart and Globe (Philippine ISPs) and got the same results. It's been happening to me for months now so I only play late at night. Somedays it lets me play earlier. Maybe it's on PGI's end or some connection between Oceanic/SEA and the servers.
I can definitely play at midnight but even if I can play during the day time I get massive lag spikes which barely happens at night.

If I play after midnight I get:
Oceanic - 85-125 ping
NA - 280-400 ping
EU - 350-500 ping
It changes. I was using Globe 3G today and my pings were lower by about 20-30 when I was using Smart.
Im thinking of moving back home... don't want to lose my 5ms ping yhough

My ping is usually around 45 now its 165 in NA, and it takes forever to load into a game and i freeze up fps drops to zero upon contact or weapons fire anywhere near me.
Gonna restart everything and see if that fixes it.
This just started happening.

From Adelaide Australia.
During the day I usually have no issues it is around 6pm to 9pm that the problems really start to occur and then they get better as the evening goes on. One night I couldn't even log in, it just crashing back to the launch screen with the "unkown error" message.
The odd thing is that if I log in early and stay connected it is not an issue. Seems to be a problem on that initial login.
I attributed it to the "Net Flix effect" in my local area clogging up the internet. If it is happening to others maybe not. I am pretty sure it has something to do with network congestion and packets to PGI either being lost or timing out.
