Fix the anti-cancer mech please.

I don't think that's an actual problem with any specific mech or variant.

You may want to remove all consumables... save. Then add it back in with Auto-Refill selected.

Hallo,

that sometimes happens if u move one consumable in the other occupied slot, but as Deathlike says remove them save and add them again helps
