So I have two people mentioning that they missed the deadline. So...here is what I am proposing to the participants who want to compete but missed the deadline.

[IMPORTANT NOTE 1: The below terms do not include those who received free tickets (the winners) that were a part of the official Ticket Raffle giveaway, and those who won free tickets from my unit that I am sponsoring. If you win you do win the prizes, so please disregard this post.]

[IMPORTANT NOTE 2: If you registered ticketed participant please disregard this post entirely.]

So with that cleared up...

Hi. No you didn't miss the deadline.
Well I mean you did, but I will make you this deal. If you want to participate I can offer you a single complimentary ticket. :)

All I ask is that If you win then your winnings go to the Children's Hospital of Michigan and the resistance two mauler pack goes to the first highest placing registered ticketed participant. Because that is only fair and is on par with the terms I set for those who registered for free on the September 29th, 2015.

If you do win and agree to the above terms I will award you 7 days premium time for your efforts. (That goes for the Sept. 29th people as well.) I wish I could offer more but I really can't afford it. :(

Let me know if you want to participate and agree to the terms.

Absolute Final Deadline will be October 3rd, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. EST and I am only going to open this up to the first 6 players that post below this thread. This will give us a total of 50 for the tournament and won't push us into another day. That's right everyone Saturday October 10th, 2015 is going to be a very long day of MWO madness and tournament.

Nope. The schedule will be released on October 5th in a google doc, well two a doc and then a bracket. I will post the links to both here on the 5th.

I needed confirmation from all of the participants by the end of today. :)

Yes it is still sudden death. That has not changed.

UPDATE: The donation portal will be set up through CrowdRise.

Why? Because we will be raising money for a charity and...[ The Quote below was taken from the CrowdRise Website at: http://support.crowd...an-individual-]

"Raising money for a charity means that you are setting up a fundraiser to benefit a 501(c)3 charity. The money you raise will go directly to the charity you choose and we take care of getting the funds to your cause. So easy."

This means that the instant you make your donation the donation is sent right to the charity instead of having to go though another portal. So each and every donation we make goes directly to the Children's Hospital of Michigan Foundation. It doesn't get any simpler. I will post the link soon.

UPDATE 3: I am still working on the best way to allow players to figure out what times they are competing. :)

two more questions:

first one has been answered by you already, i know, just want to make absolutely sure: we do not need premium time active as participant? you have that covered, two people on standby to create a private lobby game with less than 24 people (aka no full teams). right?

second one: will there be a TS server ready, where we can meet and hang out? it would be so cool to hear my opponent cry in desparation and wail in shame fall off the chair laughing when i can't hit anything?

Would be easier if PGI just give us a 1 Day Active Premium Time..

Yes. I have two co-hosts that are willing to put their days aside so that this can be covered. I will release their names once the details are finalized. So no, you will not need premium time for this tournament. Absolute Worst Case is I create a second dummy account and just load 3 days premium time onto that and run mwo as a spectator the whole day off a second computer. :)

No there is no teamspeak, but our unit does have ventrilo. Let me speak with the server host and see if they are alright with having everyone on. Additionally we could use raidcall or if someone would like to put up their teamspeak for the day that would be appreciated. :)
