I do not use WASD to control movement (and am not going to start). I use a joystick for movement (right hand) and a trackball for torso control and aiming (left hand).
The PTS Academy is not picking up my control assignments and I can not find a way to get to settings to correct the defaults to match my setup.
So my testing did not get very far since I am unable to drive my mech.

there are some options that seem broken in the New Mech Academy,
its likely these will be fixed when they come out in the Sept 22 patch,
Sorry you cant try it out, ill get out my Joystick and see if i can get anything working on it,
