Can we see which tier we are in?

Does this even matter, because when you are dropping solo I have still been on teams where we roll the enemy and when dropping with my unit same thing.

So PSR? Where is it?

Well, from the poll results it looks like it will include a public opt-in, so it'll be pretty easy to spot the photoshop warriors. Like, why would they post a picture of their Tier yet hide from the opt-in list?

I'd have to be somewhere in Tier 3. I like to think I'm pretty good, but I'd be very surprised if I was ranked any higher

Well if you ask me Tier 5 looks like hell! You will be separated from 2/5 of playerbase and 2/5 of cheap kills. T4 ftw!
