That's the stock engine. You can upgrade it up to an XL275 if you want to, because it's a Battlemech instead of an Omnimech.

Yeah, the IIC's aren't Omnimechs, they're Battlemechs, and thus they're subjected to the same building rules.

Yep theyre basically clan copy and pastes of innersphere mechs that use clan technology instead of IS technology.

The downside is they probably wont have quirks. Or might have negative quirks.

Just as with the normal Hunchback, which generally goes 90+Kph. They'll have the same engine limits.

Idle daydreams of 165kph ECM mediums with ten cERSL aside...the next OmniMech we're likely to get is probably the Viper. It's slowly built up a fanbase in the forums, and being honest it would also be amazing. Ice Ferret speed, significantly better jump capacity than even the amazingly jumpy Shadow Cat, and potentially completely amazeballs hardpoint counts. We're talking 5E/4B Clan Super Ember-type stuff here.

You obviously don't read the news or stay updated to them.

It's just that you,re asking questions about stuff that has been public on the front page of the website as well as the game launcher for a few months.
