If you pick the right mechs you can probably do it. 3 Stormcrows and 3 Timbers/HBRs should be within your budget and give you a decent deck for CW.

Built a semi perfect crab (quad ac/5's) whixh im still uncomfy with...and bought a 3L and equipped it as an Eraven.. although I think I would have preferred an ankle biting one.
