So we have a bunch of experienced players creating Smurf accounts (for REASONS), and complaining about how competitive the Cadet tier is, in their newly revamped ultra-competitive-community-voted-metatard-mechs.

In tier 4. definitely. They are probably better than the majority of player builds on the field. Especially the builds of players just coming off their Cadet bonus who didn't save enough C-Bills for those Upgrades.
(They are also apparently better than my builds, as none of my submitals were selected for (c))
