OK, I think this is absolutely awesome. It would be great for when waiting, and maybe make a browser and/or mobile version that can be used to make a few extra cbills. (If someone made a mobile version that could be used to make cbills in mwo you'd have a hard time getting me off of it when away from home. I mean, I could get fired.)

I'm looking into the Unity 2D sprites, and a game like this might not be that hard to cobble together...

I don't imagine it's too hard for someone who knows what they are doing. What stops most amateur developers is the lack of art assets. Generally, the stuff that looks good is expensive and the stuff that is free looks bad. Some people get good artists to do the sprites and then they fix the rest themselves, but the end result is a mismatch of style and quality.
