After this mornings patch I am unable to remove or change what consumables are on a mech. When i pull off the module and hit save they reappear in their slots after the save is complete. If i remove the current modules and place different ones in, the original ones reappear after the save.

I am running the repair tool now and will edit this post when i check the results.

bug persists after running repair tool. Using strip modules from the STRIP MECH button gives the same result.

I have managed to create a critical load out error, module violation, on one of my enforcers though the only module of any kind on it is a 6 by 6 coolshot.

Also try removing the modules with the STRIP MECH-button.

where is the strip mech button now?
can´t find it, didn´t have played for a long time and the ui has been changed ;)

edit:

found it, expand mech stats

BUT: still an error message if i remove all modules using the strip mech button and try to save

So since the patch today I have not been able to remove consumables from my mechs. Every time I try to remove a consumable from my mech and then click save it fails to save with the error message "An error occurred while saving". So now every time I put a consumable on a mech it is stuck there. Have tried restarting the client, and running the repair tool, nothing fixes it. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, has anyone figured out a fix?

I just posted another thread about this same bug like apparently just a few minutes after you posted this one. Yeah, I'm getting it too.

Look to the right of the red circle.
Made this SS for another topic and I am too lazy to do it again. :D

I can confirm the same behavior. You can remove any mech or weapon modules and save successfully, but if you try to remove consumables and save you get the error message. This also happens if you use the strip all modules feature and happen to have consumables mounted.

Same here. I remove them and save, and they come back. I now have several 'mechs with three consumables fitted that I can't reduce...

A number of fellow merchs are experiencing this issue now. Problem is occurring in the player's own mech lab when not part of a group, when grouped, and also when swapping consumables in private lobbies

I have tested and confirmed that you can remove one consumable or module at a time and then saving. It seems when multiple modules or consumables are attempted to be taken off is when the bug arises.

This may have worked for you but it did not work for me. I had already tried that before I made this topic. I can remove weapon and mech modules but consumables will not remove from my mech, even one at a time.

I tried this too, and it did not work.

I took the modules off first and then the consumables. Perhaps the order is important.

EDIT: Nevermind. Now it gives me the error.

Can confirm same problem, consumables can't be stripped and saved.

Friend just did a test and is experiencing the same problem. He tried to replace a consumable with another consumable and it displays him as having three consumables on his mech and he cannot remove any of them. When he tries to launch into a game with that mech, which just happens to be his brand new Mauler, so he's not exactly a happy camper right now, it tells him "Unable to launch into game due to critical loadout error", since he has three consumables loaded into his mech that only has two consumable slots. We need a hotfix for this ASAP.
