I have this problem as well. In addition to this I can't upgrade the heatsinks or structure on any of my mechs.

My problem happened with me dealing exclusively with my Maulers that have never had and still do not have consumables. It's settled down since I got my builds to stick but I still get the "Unknown Error" at login at times.

Do we have an ETA on a hotfix for this yet?

Same here!

Additional Info: If I drag and drop the modules out of the slots, some other appears in the same slot. (probably previously installed consumables but I'm not sure)

That's exactly what it is, it's the previous mods that are creating the invalid module error.

All my mechs are still invalid and now when i put a omnipod and save it, it takes my Cbills but doesnt give me an omnipod, just the empty slot, as well as still having my consumables unremovable

video evidence:

Hot fix appears to have resolved the issue for me. Sorry to hear that it has not worked for everyone. :(

The Hotfix doesn't fix the problem instantly. You must still remove all consumables and save your mech config.

Tried that, still didn't work. Can't remove all consumables, can't remove all modules. Really annoying.

After the hotfix, "Strip all modules" is once again working for my mechs.
