I have recently bought the Shadow Cat bundle from the wave 3 clan mechs, but when I get in game it won't show up. I have tried exiting out of the game and re logging in but nothing is working. As far as I know those mechs have already been released so it shouldn't be that but I would really like to know what to do.

It takes time. Give it 1/2 hour to an hour, then log back in. It'll appear. If it's been 2+ hours and you still don't see it, and you've confirmed the purchase went through, THEN contact support. Don't waste their time if it's only been 15 minutes.

It updates with the server ticks. So it might take a few hours, up to a full business day sometimes. However, as long as the purchase went through, it should be there.
Should the content still not be delivered even after a day has passed, and a confirmed purchase. Contact accounts@mwomercs.com or Billing@mwomercs.com with your complaint, and they should help you ASAP.

Injections are usually done on the following hour.
The 24h delay they say is really a worst case scenario.
