I like the fact that PGI gives out useful (and in some cases very desirable) items to players as an anniversary. A lot of games don't give their players anything more than a vanity item. I had stopped playing last anniversary, but when i came back they had still given my a Loyalty Centurion. I can not think of another game that would do that (most games require you to log in during the anniversary event).
Ty for more free mechs (i will love the new Nova as a prodigal son).

I qualify for all except the IS top tier, which is the Zeus, I couldn't care less, although I do believe they have something good in mind for the camo

Just curious ... but why is your "year" only ~9 months long? The eligibility period is from January 1 to October 6. This is just more than 9 months. However, your last customer appreciation event was at the last anniversary of release in Sept/Oct 2014.

This means that anyone who made puchases this past year after your last appreciation event but before Jan 1, 2015 go unrewarded. Honestly, I don't think that is fair to those folks at all.

1) should have been purchases from the past year (since the last reward deadline), not just 2015.

2)not sure in reading if a top tier purchase qualifies you for both the Medium and Assault or just the Assault.

3)I'm not loyal any longer so I really don't care. Won't be buying the MAD either.

So all players who have purchased the "Resistance Collection 1 Wrath" immediately to its release in December, for only a few days, we have no right to get the UEZ-9S2 WTF !!!!!!

Some little correction: If you purchases a TopTier pack before December 16th 2014, you got a King Crab, which is the same reward level as this year.

If you purchased a TopTier pack after December 16th 2014 and before February 28th 2015 you got all three 2014 reward mechs for PGI 15 year aniversity (Centurion, Atlas and Kingcrab).

So if you are lucky and you purchased your TopTier pack after Januar 1st 2015, you got the old three reward mechs and now the new two to five reward mechs,

...you know, when you put it like this, it looks even more depressing for me that I got only a single KGC out of it just because I didn't wait for January - with no ways of knowing this. Oh man, now I actually start feeling sad.

Yea, it would make more sense. Also, my friend feels completely left out. He spent money too late for first loyalty rewards, and apparently too early for second loyalty rewards.

Two things PGI:

1) Thank you for the customer appreciation efforts, sure there are hiccups here and there but this is definitely the path you want to go down. More customer appreciation events, more unique rewards to those who contribute to paying the bills, etc. Just be careful about the P2W quandary.

2) In regards to those who bought things late 2014... How about you make it contingent upon the release of the pack? So you released R1 in 2015, so it doesn't matter if people pre-ordered it in 2014 or got it in 2015, either way it counts. It makes things simpler and gives you more control on the limitations.
Just a thought, take it or leave it. I know I qualify for all 4, but I know I would be just as upset as others if I got screwed for being a loyal/early supporter for one of those packs.

Again, thank you for the customer appreciate, keep it up and don't let the negative comments discourage you! Learn from them, incorporate what you can from them, make this the most amazing game it could possibly be!
