Support will remove the duplicates for you at your request and you will get to keep the mech bays and anything you stripped off of them, but you will not get any kind of credit for them.

Well it would be nice to have the extra bays...

How do I know they won't accidentally remove the ones that I have geared up?

The sucky part is that you can't sell the duplicates, at least the last time I tried. So I stripped them down, and named them "sell1" "sell2" etc. Now what am I supposed to do with them?

Maybe I should test it out when I get home and see if I can finally sell them... Otherwise I'm calling them "The Unwanted", kind of like "The Unseen", because it sounds cooler that way. B)

I'm actually jealous of you guys. Wish I got the duplicates.

One thing you could do with them is run different builds on them. Then again, this all depends on if you actually play the chassis (I'm getting into Atlai, so the reward S was perfect for me, and I love the AH to death)

Give them the specific mech names. In this case "sell 1", "sell 2", ... etc.

While this is nice, it begs one very BIG question, WHAT ABOUT THE FOUNDERS? you know, the people that put money directly into MWO while it was still in closed beta etc, atm pritty much this whole list is a kick in the nuts to the founders, along the lines of "thanks for the cash but your getting FA"

What are you talking about?

1- Founders have received plenty of rewards.

2- If you are participating, and still supporting the game, you're getting rewards.

3- While I am completely grateful, and have a lot of respect for founders, PGI doesn't have an obligation to keep giving you free stuff every year. Especially if you haven't been supporting the game.

As a founder, if you have stopped your support to the game, but still play, then at bare minimum, you are getting C-bills , a mechbay, and an anniversary cockpit item.

If you have supported the game in the bare minimum, and spent 7 dollars for the tiniest MC pack, you got the jumping cicada, plus it's mechbay.

No one is forgetting about Founders, and no one is dissing them with these rewards. However, just because you're a founder, doesn't mean you should be receiving every reward for free.
Hell, PGI has no obligation to do these annual rewards to begin with. It's a nice gesture from them to give those players that actively support the game a somewhat tangible thank you.

If you've been supporting the game, you're getting rewards, if you haven't been supporting the game, you lost nothing, and you can buy all these mechs for C-Bills.

Just to confirm, if I purchase Man-o-war collections pack and Mauler collections pack and top up my MC with any amount before the 6th-Oct and have played over 100 matches since 1st-Jan-2015. I will get the following?
  • 2,000,000 C-Bills, 1 MechBay, Year 2 Anniversary Cupcake Cockpit Item
  • Cicada CDA-3F Loyalty Variant (featuring a brand new Armor Style and 30% C-Bill Boost) + 1 MechBay.
  • Wolverine WVR-7D Loyalty Variant (featuring a brand new Armor Style and 30% C-Bill Boost) +1 MechBay.
  • Nova NVA-D Loyalty Variant (featuring a brand new Armor Style and 30% C-Bill Boost) +1 MechBay.
  • Zeus ZEU-9S2 Loyalty Variant (featuring a brand new Armor Style and 30% C-Bill Boost) +1 MechBay.
  • Executioner EXE-C Loyalty variant (featuring a brand new Armor Style and 30% C-Bill Boost) +1 MechBay.
Right? Nova and Executioner will come together with the purchase of one Man-o-war collection pack? Or I need to make one more alacarte purchase for the Nova?

Honestly, the Founders got what they paid for at the time. So you're ultimately not entitled to a damn thing.
But, they've also received a boost to their Founders C-Bill generation, they've received additional bonus Badges, Titles and Cockpit items on top of what everyone else has or can get.

They were also kind enough to make Founders count for Year One Rewards, even though it was 2 years later.
Including the MC in a Founders pack for the MC reward, and the packages for most things.
This is now Year Two, and you need to have done stuff in year two to qualify.

On top of getting what you initially paid for + several cockpit items + a boost to your (F) mech, +2 free loyalty mechs last year, you want to be able to get +2-3 more Loyalty mechs this year for doing nothing.

So what you're really saying Blastcaps, is regardless of if you still support the game or not, you want continued special treatment, for products already received, already provided rewards for, without putting anything else into the game?

Don't get me wrong, I understand your position, and empathize. I personally think they really should make it so the rewards are from January to December, and you get them on new year's eve. Instead of this weird system we have now.

And I think it should go from September to September (of next year) like they have done for year one.

(You guys have done so well with the first one, why start with THIS?)

Hi all.

To get the Inner Sphere or the Clan Reward, you need to buy A La Carte 'Mech.
What does this mean? Only directly through money or MC, and not C-Bills?

Thanks!

You have to buy a mech from the package, for cash.

Yes for cash money. A La Carte is a single mech purchase from a released pack...something like in this picture below

I've been away from this thread for a while now. Is there any word on finding out how many matches you've played this year without emailing support?

I'd send 'em an email but last time I tried that they weren't getting my responses.

After all the playing I've been doing lately, I just want to know if I qualify for the active player reward yet. Hehe

Ah, I see! Thanks for the tip! ^_^

Also I did it! Woo! Now I can stop torturing my computer and stop playing for a while until I get it fixed. :D

Or until the next "I NEED that" event. Whichever comes first.

Ok, no love for inactive founders. There is a bunch of guys saying that founders allreagy get enought, but i don`t get the most important thing: the game i paid for. New features are done so slowly and i bet that game is not even 50% close to the featurelist that was promised.

You can thank all the 'More Content' crowd, just recently I heard in game complaints of no new maps being made.
Always someone complaining.
