It's very clear - you need both Collector Packs.

There's no loyalty reward for Hero purchases.

I really wish people actually read the reward announcement before posting. It clearly mentions the Urbanmech pack under the qualifying IS packs for the Wolverine.

A La Carte orders are also mentioned as qualifying. So I'm not really sure what you're complaining about.

Ok, so we still haven't gotten a direct, and not at all obscure answer to the question; Are those who pre-ordered the first Resistance early not getting the Zues? If so I would appreciate knowing why this choice was made to reward people who paid late and throw those who payed early under the bus.

Tina please enlighten me.

We did get an answer. I posted it earlier in this thread. if you made the purchase BEFORE January 1st 2015, you don't qualify for packs.

It's messy, and weird, and they probably shouldn't have done it this way.

i guess no mater how this shakes out there are going to be people who miss out / don't understand the eligibility. i understand the need for deadlines and hard dates. it is what it is. at the end of the day there is no way to make everybody happy.

It's pretty clear by what's on the page.
If anything was purchased prior to January 1st 2015, it doesn't qualify.
Additionally, only the packages listed, bought after January 1st 2015 qualify.

Regardless that the last years 'Year One' rewards were anything prior to Sep 23 2014.
And that leaves a window of 14 weeks (almost 3 and a half months, over 1/4 of the year) that doesn't count for the 'Year 2' rewards.
Which is frankly bizarre.

(And I got everything from Year 1, and qualify for everything apart from the Zeus as-is, and I'm probably getting the Marauder anyway~ and I still find it all strange.)

This is because there were appreciation rewards for players who bought them last year.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm not eligible for any "mech" reward if I bought all top tier packages before 2015 and now have to rebuy them to get reward for supporting MWO since beta... really nice approach to old and loyal players...

It's year 2 rewards for continued support.
You (and I) got Year One rewards last year.
We got stuff for previous purchases already.

To get these, you need to have played this year and bought stuff this year.

I bought new packs at the beginning of the year, so I qualify.
If you haven't that's all well and good, nothing you wanted etc, but these are loyalty incentives to keep people buying.

Even though it should count from October last year.

Resistance II IS, Wave III Clan, Origins IIC Clan, and Marauder were all this year. If you purchased those, you should qualify for free stuffs.

I bought all of the top packages (except UrbanMech -- I will never ever own an UrbanMech) before their Early Adopter deadlines and I verified through E-mail that I qualify for every reward. They were quick about it too -- only took a couple of hours to find out.

Nor does it count for this "year".

It SHOULD count for this "year".

But it does not.

Yeah, you re-gave out mechs we all had from the 1st year rewards and now they sit there collecting dust as duplicates. Totally awesome to give out the same mechs again. I wonder if there was any one who did not get duplicates?

So, that answer is extremely weak.

A year is 12 months, what you will get now, is all informed customers never buying again in the 4th quarter as the time around xmas seems not to count for the rewards of the year.

I was gonna suggest offering the Top Tier IS mech to owning both the Urbie and Marauder CE packs... and you already put it in That's F*ing awesome guys, thank you SOOO Much! Now I get that free Zeus.... now I'm gonna hafta buy two other ones so I can skill it up!

I hope you don't do it like you did last time, and offer the (L) mechs again in a month... that really cheapened it the first time, IMO.
