I already have a Centurion D...(same hardpoints +1 energy HP) hopefully the MASC is worth it.

The IS ones are at least unique (adds JJs or MASC), although still not necessarily that great.
Hey, that 1B right arm lets the Executioner finally use a pair of arm-mounted ballistics. Previously you had to split between arm and torso, and the torso wouldn't fit a UAC/20 either.

That doesn't seem particularly great or worthwhile...the only practical applications I can think of are right-sided sword-and-board 2 LPL + Gauss or 2 ERPPC + Gauss builds.

No ballistic, but 2 ERLL in the arm, and an extra energy in the right torso.
[edit] 7D is a 6R with 1 less M, 2 less jets, and MASC.
To be clear, I don't think much can be done with the 7D. You can't fit 2 ballistics on while still having MASC, as the 6R is already about at minimum feasible speed/ammo (with it's megaquirks that boost the AC/5s significantly). So your ballistic is going to be a single UAC, AC/10, or Gauss, or nothing. You have only 1 energy hard point, so nothing going there (and it can't fit a LL, LPL, ERLL, PPC, or ERPPC), and you only have 2 missile hard points.
So yes it has MASC and jets, but the hard points really don't lend themselves to any decent build. AC/10+2SRM6s+MPL? Gauss+ML+SRM4/6s?
I'm apparently getting one, and I can't think of anything useful to do with it.

Eh Right Arm ballistic is cool.

if you bring even 1 Nova in a CW drop deck, most experienced players will immediately write you off as an idiot. the Nova is not a good mech for a drop deck
False!
Dual ERPPC Nova and 10 cSPL Nova are perfectly viable mechs in CW depending on the map. Obviously longer range maps like the ER PPCs more.

Well you can also do a Gauss in the Right arm and 6 ERML build avoiding the awful low mounted right arm hardpoints.

They are when you learn how to use them. I have been running Novas in my drop decks from the first day I played CW; anyone who is familiar with me will tell you I do just fine in them, to say the least.

It'd make more sense if it worked as "if you OWN, then you get..."
Might be worth sending a quick note to support, just to be on the safe side.

I mean that is *within* the second year of MWO, isn't it? why do you need to purchase after 1. january? That looks like an arbitrary date.

Anyway, only one in the bunch that interests me is the CDA-3F as I do love my CDAs and it looks like I'll be getting it. 2 PPC poptarter CDA looks like funz.

With a c-bill bonus!
And 4 Energy (of which 2 are probably gonna be high mounted)!
I'd be happy with just that...
But i also get a Nova and a Wolverine!
