Ya broke it guys! It won't twist the torso. It will pitch up and down. But that's it. I checked on a different mech and no issue. Very likely has something to do with it's 40% turn rate. Which was handy in netting 3 kills, despite no torso twist.

It's more likely data entry I think. It has -3500% torso turn rate! XD

It won't twist, because you have arm lock on. Turn arm lock off for more hilarity, and watch as your torso twists like it's in slow motion. A twist that's measured in minutes, not seconds.
