Could be data entry Errors. Someone just posted that a gargoyle has like 1000% buffed turn rate.

On a bus just looking at this, but something tells me its either a data entry error or some one didn't integrate the quirk correctly.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't torso turn speed quirks a new quirk for this pass?

torso turn speed has been in a few mechs as has turn rate but not to the degree they are on PTS at the moment

While a -3000% twist rate doesn't seem right, the mech definately behaves like it is working as described.

I'd say this is a bug from someone putting a decimal point in the wrong place.
