TBR-S does not have neg quirks on CT, not sure if intentional, since it has hard mounted JJ

I think it has no neg quirks because it does not have the energy on it. And its forced to use the 1 ton for the jump jet. Probably will be used a lot though since the ones with energy have negative quirks.

The Prime has negative CT quirks even though it has a ballistic.

Comparatively, the HBR has negative quirks pretty much all around. Not sure why the TBR-S gets so much love. Oh well, back to cGuass+2cLPL meta

The HBR Prime's LT is sad now...-25% twist speed. I can understand somewhat of a reduction to it, but -25% is just crazytown. I might even rather have some of those old SCR/TBR laser nerfs there to specialize it as a sniper's Omnipod.

Might be a data entry error, does seem weird that its one of the only ones without neg quirks...

There seems to be a lot of glitches in the system with this pass.

I think your right I think S had to be an error now that I got to look at all the TW quirks.
