The pirate's bane needs a massive buff to it's pitch stat. It's pitch is terrible and it has no arm weapons which means firing up or down is nearly impossible. Considering it's small stature hitting anything at close range means you can only reliably target the legs.

Anything on any horizontal plane that's slightly higher or lower than you is almost impossible to hit.

That on top of the fact that maxing your particle effects makes it entirely impossible to see while firing the machine guns makes this mech absolutely worthless. The ECM is not enough to make up for the very small amount of pitch and lack of arm mounted weapons + being perpetually blinded while firing the machine guns. (Which I reported the day it came out (with screenshots) and it still has yet to be fixed by the way)

The pitch could be doubled and the mech would _still_ have issues firing up or down hills. There are simply not enough upsides to make the downsides of this mech worth playing much less spending real money on for a special variant.
