The King Crab is a wonderful Mech. However I feel that a 20% range bonus for ballistic weapons for the KGC-0000 would make it a worthy foe, and give the weapon loadouts a new option. A slight boost to sensors. I also feel that it could receive a light heat penalty say 3-5% to prevent over the top meta builds with PPC's and other heavy energy weapons.

The main reason for this post is simple. Two of our maps are significantly larger now, and by the time you get where you can hit someone, half of your armor is already gone.

I'm actually happy with these quirks, turned this mech into something a lot more tanky. It was already one of my favorite crabs.

I'm kind of surprised by these quirks, actually. For all the energy and missile hardpoints this thing has, I would think that it should get the best targeting time of all the KGCs.

My favourite Assaults are getting nerfed in my opinion,the mobility and yaw are points I'll really miss.I hope they do something kind with IS XL's eventually.(Then all will be forgiven :) )

I useually fit this out with 2x Gause,4x M Pulse and 4x SRM4's. but I can see it's moving towards ac20's and the brawl with structure and then moving away again in mobility.Not sure what the intention is.It also hurts my XL builds I love to play, -with it being harder to defend against side checking or spreading incoming LRM's... TTK/die reduced?

Atlas has lower arm actuator, torso and turn quirks and ECM. (acceleration is better)
KGC doesn't have lower arm actuator, ECM, has negative torso and turns quirks.
What's the point? Weird.

Additional structural quirks can help a very little bit. The agility of KGC will be missing against lights and mediums.

The new balancing system should help on the assault category because in the current system the assaults cannot work as assaults.
