With that kind of ping you could possibly be in WA Saul. I am in WA.
I noticed that my ping is around 370-380ms where I normally get 270-280ms.
This issue I found with a tracert was my ISP(iinet) appears to be routing the packets to Hong Kong then to Japan and then to NA.
I have a contact in iinet that told me the routing is a little borked and they are working on it, dont bother contacting support as their techs dont have a very good idea(none at all actually) of whats going on.
Just did a test at work and getting 275ms, with a different provider at work of course.

Ill test when I get home but it looks like that 8th hop is where your trouble began. So somewhere after New Jersey is where it appears to be going downhill.
You dont happen to be with iinet?

Just wanted to check up with you Carl and see if you were seeing better ping results now with iiNet, as Better Call Saul(such an awesome show) already let me know that he's seeing better results.

Hi Bobby,
Tis all better now, from a contact within iinet I found out they had put some redundant routes in which for some reason had become the default routes, it was changed back on Monday my contact brought it to their attention.
