No difference between the first two, they are the exact same except #2 is a unique skin and 30% C-bill bonus. #3 is a unique skin, unique loadout, and a 30% C-bill bonus.
What were you expecting?

No differences other than the camo and contrast settings.

I'm pretty sure this is just the basic Marauder chassis given different color schemes. Otherwise we'd have noticeable differences between the three mechs due to the Bounty Hunters extra energy weapons. Which we currently do not.
They've revealed some special geometry in the past yes, the differences between the Wolfhounds and Black Knights in Resistance 2 being a good example, as well as the old Founders and Phoenix mechs, though those mechs were much less different from each other.
I imagine once we get actual looks at the in-game models we can find more evidence of special geo.

Not all hero mechs get a unique 3D model. In fact, only a few do. The Hero Orion, Protector is just an Orion.
It is only the package deal mechs that have a unique looking variant. Normal hero mechs are just a skin and hardpoints, which the Bounty Hunter has.

Right. Not including unique hardpoints, I think it's only the Heavy Metal that has unique geometry: loudspeakers over the cockpit.

unique geo
It's not listed on the pre-order page that any have unique geo (unlike the Urban mech Collector's version which *does* list unique geo), so I wouldn't expect it. Maybe that will change as the build the models, but since they are not listing it now I'd not get my hopes up.
