I just wanted to come back here and say thank you to all of you who commented on my artwork here.
It meant a lot to me, and now I'm going to work hard to not let you down.

Just stumbled into this because of your post, today. If that's your artwork in the OP I must say it's amazing. Maybe one day that Flea will finally be in MWO.

You manage to keep the scale. Even the professionals can't do that.

Yeah, I retweaked your retweek of the CN9 to get it closer to the art... gonna mess with width one more time, but curious of your thoughts when done.

Would love to see confracto model the CN9 to the proportions of Alex's artwork.

No problem. I spent a whopping 15 seconds in actual tweaking with my tweak (and about 3 minutes or so doing actual comparisons before adjusting again, each adjustment being about 1 or 2 seconds long).

Other images on that CN9 rescale that might be of interest to you. Hunchback is untouched.
Spoiler

I thought that as well once I'd blocked out the shapes and saw what it was going to look like in 3d.
The front profile isn't particularly interesting or flattering.
And I've no idea what the back is supposed to look like, I just tried to make it less boxy.

Thank you for giving the file! I've already started to rig this to a skeleton for animation.

after the positive response from everyone with the Crab I made, and how much fun it was, I made the Flea. here's a link to the work in progress thread I have for it on polycount.

I'm also posting links again to the files, so people can also print fleas, and probably do other cool stuff with them.

tomorrow I'll post the time lapse I recorded of the whole process.

O just a quick note on the stl version of the file, It seems to have a lot of incomplete or just corrupted pieces, might want to check that file just in case its just me. The obj file i had no issues with i just converted it to stl in blender . The STL doesnt register well in my 3d printing program though.
