Pixels for the people!

Is that a game yet? It should be.
Actually, I want to see it on Steam more than MW:O.
I like games like Papers Please, and Don't Push The Button.
If it has like 8bit sound effects, I'm in. Charge me $120 I don't care. I'll buy it and play it. Maybe we can work together. I'll gladly take time out of my day to learn Unity or Unreal. I have 0 experience, but I want to learn.
I'm game for a Final Fantasy/Pokemon style Mechwarrior game. Damn rights.
Start off with a rinky dink locust. Work your way up into the Assaults and then filling out your drop ship. Min/Maxing your mechs. The more mechs you kill, the more salvage parts you find. Build mechs from the salvaged parts. Incorporate a Mechanic, and skill abilities. You can hire up to three mechanics. If you specialize them in certain fields they get better(like one you'll use for repairs (the better he is, the more he repairs, cheaper he gets), the other who reassembles mechs(the better he is, the higher success rate, stronger quirks), another specializing in equipment and weapons (can later be used to tweak weapons for damage/cooldown, etc), or have a jack of all trades one that does OK at everything (mainly used in the early game as cost savings). Different mechanics add different quirks to mechs they build. You can retire mechanics that you no longer want, or want to re-roll a new one to get a different set of quirks they apply. They have a success/failure chance at rebuilding the mech. No matter what they get XP, but more xp for a successful build, and higher risk jobs (such as repairing a very damaged mech)
.
Holy crap someone make this DAMNIT!!!
You start off on a far off planet, taking out scouts/patrols with your lone mech. You have a small orbiting ship that picks up any mechs you destroy for salvage, giving you weapons, mech parts/pieces, equipment with a very rookie mechanic on-board.
You can get picked up and go back to your ship at any time out of combat. There's a missions room in your ship where you can take on more difficult enemies or travel to different planets. Mini-star map to track your course, and help you seek out appropriate leveled missions. Your goal is to work your way towards Terra to help defend against the Clan invasion. You get C-bills for doing missions on top of your salvage. You can sell salvage, or repair it and use it. C-bills are used to upgrade your drop ship (inventory and mech bays - meant for the early game), expand your planetside hangar to store more mechs you build (end game), and pay your hired mechanics and the cost of repairs. You can't buy mechs, only build them by collecting salvage and letting your mechanics build them. Collect, build, and conquer. Arrive at terra with your 4 man drop deck, defend against massive waves of clan mechs.
GOD DAMNIT MAKE THIS SOMEONE!
Release an expansion later - If you defeated the clans, you're able to play as them, and advance through the inner sphere. Alternate lore ending showing them taking over Terra. The whole map inner sphere map can be traveled to, and each planet you clear, marks it under the clan's territory.
Edit:
Since I ended up rambling so much - this isn't an entry. I just rolled with an idea. Carry on.
Alistair - Make the game.
