I have talked to a few people of other units to figure out a good unit for me to join. If any more units are around please do leave a post so I can talk with you guys and try to find the unit for me.

Is CWI broken down into different Galaxy units or something?

Aff. CWI is composed of 3 frontline Galaxies, Alpha, Omega and Kappa, each with a slightly different attitude and soul, plus the newly formed Epsilon training Galaxy. Drop with warriors from each Galaxy to see who you prefer to drop with (and who plays in your timezone )
