Shield arms, AND higher mounts?

So, lighter stormcrow with worse hitboxes, and a tendency to lose half, but not all, of it's effective firepower, in exchange for being slower and having less armor.

5) I need at least four Ebon Novas in my life. Nova Crows look like they're in a state of constant agony; like a literal hunchback and a Nova had a really deformed baby.

Hmm. It might be more 'metaworthy', but I'd hate to lose the arm tracking for CBJ style arms. Arm mobility is one of the reasons my TBR feels more potent than my CBJ with roughly the same loadout.

Why would it not have tracking? Do EBJs not have lower arms?

Nope. CBJ cannot equip lower arm actuators, even when not loading ballistics. Even if the arm has no ballistic hardpoints, and no PPC's. They're like the Stalker's arms.
