Well, the names of the original Wolfenstein tiers are:

• Don't hurt me
  
• Bring 'em on!
  
• I am Death incarnate!

I am sure you can fit which picture goes with which level.

Since we have five tiers, perhaps it's better to go with the Doom difficulty levels:

• I'm too young to die
  
• Hey, not too rough
  
• Hurt me plenty
  
• Ultra-violence
  
• Nightmare

For tiers 5-1 respectively.
