Do they really want to waste our time like this by making it all based around getting specific maps when we can't choose them?
I've had Boreal Vault 6 times and Emerald Taiga 3 times now and I got my points the first (Boreal) and second time (Emerald) on these maps. Now, I like the fact that score required in this event is not super easy like it has been in the past, however the randomness of map selection is driving me mad.
They really need to think about how the structure these events. I would be happy with it being skill based OR have a randomness to it but not the both combined. What should be a fun way to play some games and get some cbills/items quickly becomes a grind.

It's even better when you get 299 points, I'm now going to have to roll grim portico again ![:(](https://static.mwomercs.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/sad.png)
Why do they have to stack the real rewards (modules) at the highest tier, if I get everything except that 300 points on 1 map I miss out??

Map selection or where the maps you require to complete event increase hugely in percentage of chance to play on would have been nice.,

I was able to get Tier 1 objectives on every map on my first attempt except Sulfurous Rift. I only got Sulfurous Rift 2x during the challenge and both times were ghost drops and I could not get the Tier 1 objective.

I appreciate the event but it backfired completely... The reward seemed to mostly benefit the "pre-made" and actually hurt the single players or small units. It also got worse as the event went on as players were "suiciding" and leaving matches immediately if they didn't get the maps they were looking for. CW is already hard enough and confusing for the new player - why reward the veterans exclusively? I also think match scores should perhaps consider the role of the highest performing players regardless of a win or loss - meaning that if in my group I had the greatest kills and number of assists etc... but I still get a sub par match score, does that really reflect my effort against clearly superior enemies? How do we improve the experience for the first timers and new people? I just want MWO to stay fun so they stay in business.. the event started out fun but ended with frustration and a lot of time spent playing crappy games because others were so selfish. Love the game anyway - just friendly thoughts.
