You may remember me from the "Can My pc run mechwarrior" post,
I got my friend to build me a pc in the end, and life was sweet! could play mechwarrior till my eyes bled and did! Then took a few days off around patch time and now since downloading the patch, it just about runs but is not playable
if i meet 2+ mechs il lag out and die) some maps seem to be better than others but i just cant keep losing games for the pugs on my team...Have the specs changed or has the 6gb program i downloaded in that few days off ruined it for me? seems weird to a pc noob like me if thats the case because i was playing on high settings and now still cant play dropping to lowest.
I know the majority of you here have tons more pc knowledge than me so perhaps you can recommend something i havent done.
So far I have:
Turned to lowest settings
Cleaned my registry
defragged HD
Deleted anything sizable i can
Deleted anything that uses CPU i can
Help Me Please, my MWO withdrawals have got me pulling my hair out!
