Has anyone had a long string of green or red arrow games? Any appreciable movement in your tier bar?

I'd imagine that game to game will be pixel by pixel.
Not worth obsessing over

When you start the game in the Home-Screen of the Mechlab.

I guess I'm trying to get a ballpark idea of how many good/bad matches it takes to move up or down. Some people talk about moving up or down like it's easy, but just from playing a handful of games it looks like it might take 50+ good matches to move up.

I have a rusty alt account that I tried this on. One decent win. 35k exp on the account, 3x unleveled hunchies. The 2 bars show before & after the "^ tier" (upwards movement):

It shows where you are w/in your Tier. More orange (like pictured) means you're closer to the next higher Tier. In the picture above the player has a higher PSR than most other Tier 4 players.
If you continue to get "pilot skill rating change: ^", then eventually you will move UP into the next higher/better Tier. If you have almost no orange bar and get "v" for change, then you may drop to a lower Tier.
