As an aside, you should get, at the very least, an e-mail indicating that they are investigating it.

^^This.
I recently put in a request to refund my preorder IIC Orion pack after seeing the PTS negative quirks. I still had the 30 days early adopter time banked. They processed it the next day and took out the 30 days from my banked time. Make sure to send it to the accounts@mwomercs.com address.
Edit: Put PSR instead of PTS (Play Test Server). Fixed

Some companies put your ticket at the bottom of the list when they get the said ticket, so sending multiple would only put you back at the bottom over and over again.

Yeah, no. You'd rack up more in legal fee's just in your first meeting with a lawyer in many offices.
Patience. While its not great that its taken this long, Kira_Onime may be correct. Last time I had a support ticket I think it took about 36-48 hours to be resolved, but I've had one before that was longer.

At first I wanted to assume this, but decided to ask the question first.

If the reason for the refund is because the mechs you purchased don't fit with the meta, then you should feel bad for being a tryhard scrub who needs a crutch. i didn't want to make this assumption though so again, I asked the question above.

This has never been a criterion for accepting/denying a refund at PGI. Stop being salty.
To OP, they have been extremely backlogged lately. It took about 36 hours to get a response to one of my tickets the other day, and I got an automated message talking about their backlog before that.
Edit: 4 days is a lot, though. Wow. I have little doubt they'll get to it ASAP, but backlog must be even worse than expected.

Who said ANYTHING about accepting or denying? I'm talking prioritizing. For example, during the tournament I was unable to play a certain map, crashed out every time. I submitted a ticket, with screenshot and DXDiag logs and had my resolution in 4 hours.
Salty? Look around for who is calling the BK DOA because it's not the second coming of meta.

So basically you acted like a temperamental child in front of your peers on the forums. And so you think they sped your refund up? You know, that's kinda sad.

I'd wager a guess you'll also be shown far less leniency if you are later reported for an accident such as an inadvertent teamkill.
It also helps to understand refund systems. With a raw CC transaction, it can take at least 2 business days. With debut/bank transactions it can take over a week. Only cash is truely liquid, online credit is more like molasses.
Third, it helps to pre-emtively protect yourself. In the USA you have certain consumer rights, particularly with credit card & bank transactions. I've been offered partial refunds on disputes before I even showed proof, as in I could get money even if I was lying. I've also got money back from "ghosts" after several months of giving slack - however it took a few months afterwards to close/finalize the refund.
Lastly, you'll always catch more bees with honey than vinegar...
