With the new Tier System, I think it's about time that the Moderators do a bit of a reorganization of the forums, and include the 5 new sub-forums;

Tier 1
Tier 2
Tier 3
Tier 4
Tier 5

Think about it. If these forums are set up so access is locked according to tier, things will improve dramatically around here.

Tier 1 can privately talk amongst themselves and admit that they think less of everyone else below tier 2 (and that they aren't really too sure of the tier 2s to be honest).

Tier 2 can plot to overthrow those guys in tier one because they, well, just because.

Tier 3 won't have to listen to the higher tiers lecturing them to "try harder, " carry more" and all that stuff. They can just "be".

Tier 4 and 5, well....honestly who the he11 CARES what they are doing? Probably sharing muffin recipes, gossiping about daytime soaps, and other worthless crap.

Only thing that needs deciding is exactly what designation to give the tier sub forums. Anyone got any suggestions? Here are mine;

Tier 1 OverLords
Tier 2 Demi-gods
Tier 3 Wannabees
Tier 4 Practice Targets
Tier 5 Traffic Cones


EDIT: I had no idea I was so convincing. For those of you who get here and still think I'm serious, please go back and read this again under the assumption I'm joking.

No.

We don't have the forum population to split it up.

As it is the only sub forums that really get used are General Discussion, Community Warfare and the PTS one. And I guess the announcements one when there is a controversial message from PGI.

And splitting up the Tiers only creates further feelings of division.

I totally support this. I'd like to be able to discuss important things like the best steering wheel or saliva-resistant windscreen glass without high tier players filling the forum with willy waving posts and mid tiers hand-wringing about the state of balance.
