You assume that non meta builds cannot surpass meta builds.

A lot of short range builds are non meta because most people don't know the concept of cover. Yet you can't deny that they are powerful if you can deal with the limitation (of range) as they provide some very high dps.

What is it with you being so pointedly toxic anyways? You get one life, and you still want to waste time throwing pointlessly messed up comments at anyone with hint of a opportunity to do so?
