Does the rule that T4/5 will not face T1s only apply to solo queue or something. I've just had a run of group games where I KNOW some on the other team were T1.

I play this game for fun - it is not fun having my buttocks slapped around like a penny ***** by metamech wielding tryhards.

As far as I know in group-cueue the matchmaker builds teams with comparable AVERAGE PSR but there are also a lot of "valves" that open up the longer the search takes so yes... you might face one or two tier 1 players if the composition of teams is just right/wrong.
