it seems like tier has not much to do with kdr - mine is below the average for tier3 in your spreadsheet, and this person who is going to be tier2 soon has 1.09

Most people tend to level out with a KDR that matches their WLR, or is higher. Except for players with negatives, they're all over the place. People such as you with a positive KDR that is lower than the WLR are exceedingly rare, I'm finding. So I would expect as you play more, you'll probably level out to between 1.2 and 1.5 KDR over the next 1,000-2,000 games unless you improve drastically or buy an uber metamech you didn't already own. =3

my guess is that he is driving light mechs, tagging and narc-ing everything - otherwise i don't see an explanation.

More so lately I've been driving more meta friendly mechs, but I mostly stick to assaults. My Ebon Jag is spec'd for sword and board Gauss+2LPL. It's been my favorite lately.

You would be wrong on the first account. Lights are my weakest mechs. I will often take command because more so lately, I've been losing patience with inattentive PUGs.

I also rarely ever drop in Solo queue, its far too much of a frustration. As a result my PSR is probably skewed.

EDIT: For reference, I consider my Banshee 3M my best mech. I don't always do great in it, but when I need to make money, I bring it out. Its my bread and butter next to my Dire Wolves. They're so boring however, that I rarely bring them out anymore.

Sure, but tbh 6 guys is a big group by my standards. The vast majority of matches i play in group queue is with 1, sometimes 2 other guys.

These are interesting stats for a 100% solo player with less than 3,000 matches played. Mind sharing a little more detail? What kind of mechs you play, how many matches you played before the stat reset, etc?

something a little off with the stats, I am sure because this is a volunteer your stats deal.

no tier has a lower than 1 W/L record, which you would assume to be around 50% of the population.

interesting project though, I like it.
