Avoid standing or crossing in front of Direwhales and Timberwolves, they won't hesitate to shoot out your back and then you can't score at all.

no, those are not the worst
avoid crossing in front of streakcrows
im completely serious, it's 60 damage, and since it's not aimed at you, it will hit you like srm, not like streaks (i.e. it will not be intentionally spread to your legs/arms)... and poor crows usually are not even the ones to blame in it

Isnt theirs faults cause they don't really aim by themself you mean ? xD

Who blame?
The guy in front of you because he haven't eyes in back and because he can't imagine some will FF in back just for stole a kill even in fact he will get only FF damage for this salvo and he will havent to wait 5 or 6 seconds time recycle?
Ok strange vision of game.

Fun Fact: Team damage doesn't negatively affect your Match Score whatsoever.

Team Kills are -50.

If you walk in front of me just to get that kill shot.. I'm not holding my fire back. You're eating whatever I'm firing in the back.

I usually try to deviate my fire but those are usually the cases where I won't even try.

"That kill shot" but will you have kill most damage if you give last shoot ?.
That the question maybe you are just a stoler like the guy in front of you. Maybe is the guy in front of you who legit should get this kill..
Maybe he just stop there cauze more easy to shoot without moving or maybe if he move there is building or rock which will block his line of fire..

I mean its ok FF should happend, but whatever are the reason of the guy who intentionnal FF in back.. it's primary his fault, nobody have eyes in back you me nobody...

I say that coze i know most people are stupid and will FF teamates in back even they didnt shoot the target before someone else cored it.

There is never a good reason to walk in front of an assault and it's prey.
I generally watch my fire but if you walk in front of a whale that has been firing down on targets for the past minute, don't expect it to go nicely.

Who talk about assaut ? Only you it seem.. oh you mean you dont FF in back if you drive one heavy, medium or light ? ok i got you.

Well my post wasnt about you specially just about people who dont try to not FF in back :) and like i said nobody have eye in back for know if behind its kira and his assaut or another guy. Worst in this game 80% of people can't play properly if they haven't a red square to shoot at not matter if there is a blu triangle between right ?

People crossing in front of friendly firing lines and getting smoked is much more often, and egregious, than people carelessly shooting into backs.

People who get shot more often need to ask themselves if they were moving in front of the shooter.

I will always try to deviate as much off my fire as possible, but damn do I want to just give the entire alpha (or two) to the medium mech who thinks his little alpha is important enough to jump in front of a Mauler who has established his firing position long before he landed in front of me.

Every shred of enemy armor and components is worth cash. Hell yeah there going to be a lot of friendly fire from all the vultures in this game...

I for one do not hold back or change my firing line as somebody walks in front, because they get what they deserve.

I love it when people think that shooting team mates when they cross your line of fire is an excuse. If it's an accident, it's an accident, you might nick someone when you're zoomed in, but if you're the dillhole who goes "WELL IT'S NOT MY FAULT!!" and continues firing, please eject immediately and land in a pit of lava you ignorant ******.

*ahem*
With that out of the way... when I know I'm crossing a line of firing, i shoot my laser ahead of me so they see my laser and know I'm coming.
Because really, you're 300m behind me, you think I'm just going to take my 64km/h mech to walk back to you, around, and then walk back just so I can cross your line of fire without getting hit? PLZ.

It's annoying when you're zoomed in trying to knock out a orange/red component to have a Teammate cut across your field of fire to take the shot themselves,

and then I need to move my fire out of the way so I don't kill them, since I have no idea how chewed up they are until I guess after pressing 'q' and seeing their percent value.

It's made worse when in a mech with low and wide hardpoints from the cockpit's field of view.

Now Strikes are where one can really rack up the Team Damage, and be unlucky to get a Team Kill if a bunch decide to face tank the enemy within 90 M when one drops.

Not my fault when some greenhorn actively decides to stand in front of me while I'm already shooting.

I've lost count of how many times a light or medium decides to come up to the spot where I'd been shooting in my direwhale and decide that their two piddly lasers is gonna do more damage than my direstar + 2 GR config at range.

Sure you can't see the GR rounds but sure as sheet you can see the blue/yellow beams and you decide to run across in front anyway? Yeah, you deserve to get shot them.
