I noticed you don't get any up arrows or down arrows in the post screen for CW. Does anyone know if CW counts toward PSR?

It does not. Initially it did, but PSR isn't used in match making for CW so it was removed from changing your stats.

CW working with no any balancers. Any players with any players. PSR is dont changes in CW.
