No.
The actual in-game reticule just decides to randomly and slowly creep its way up.

Basicly I ran around the rest of the match with my Cicada looking over it's left shoulder to try and shoot people as the snap back was so brutal it was the only way i could aim. Thank god I was not in an Urbie I would have got dizzy.

Anything else connected? Joystick / steering wheel? You can disable it from ctrl panel or unbind any axis inside game settings

The only time I've seen this happen is with other peripherals plugged in. Since you have none, this is very confusing. Does your keyboard have that silly mouse nub thingy in the middle?

Or if it happens again, alt tab and see if your cursor out of game moves or if it's only in-game - mainly to see if it's mouse related or game related.

One day I was playing and my crosshair would not stay on target. I tried a few things like cleaning the laser mouse, rebooting then it went away. An hour or so later it was doing it again. I cleaned the screen and that made it even worse. I sat back and waited to see if it would happen in Windows. It did, I got close to the screen and saw the tiniest little gnat had taken over my cursor. I disabled the touchscreen and had a good laugh.
