Yeah, I got uncreative when I made my profile and I misspelled a fictional guys name. So sue me.

But the main thing here is that internet trolls are just bullies in another form, like noob bashers. As far as I am concerned they are there to be stamped on and thrown out. I have no time for bullies of any sort.

And yeah I, like pretty much anyone else, know about the search function. I do not need a post to remind me it's there, or that it exists.

And you know what, I don't think anyone ever will.

This final statement is supported by the fact that no one has ever said 'Oh yeah, thanks.' to someone pointing out the search function.

Dude, I had to look it up on sarna just to make sure there was an 'E' in there. Besides, I just thought of that bit because it was "Hans" and I just had TA:WP on in the background. Don't take offense! If I had meant to insult you then it would have been "Oh herro Hanse!"

Yeah some people get chewed out over the search function but that's par for the course. This is still a very fine community!

ETA: And now that the booze is getting to me I've got 'Batteries Not Included' playing. Who remember that movie?

I think a good idea is for the devs to keep tabs on trolls and once the game comes live they all get a little troll logo on the side of their mech. This way we all know who to shoot at. Them and the 'My little pony' fan club that seems to be filling this forum.

None taken. And yeah, I just put in the bit about misspelling because I knew if I didn't say I had already realised it, like two days after I filled in the form {slaps head} I knew someone else would to my derision.

Although I don't need to know about the search function, I would be grateful if someone could tell me how to modify my character name?

I hope the devs don't go down the Star Trek: Online route and charge for that...

Nobody is "DEMANDING" that anybody answer or even look at, a simple question. Or even comment. Just pass it by...

If it's a question that you've seen and grown tired of, just DON'T add your .02. Don't even click on it, how hard is that?

I'm just tired of, BEFORE WE EVEN START THE GAME, the fact that you are "ELITE" and don't be doing something - "YOU" don't approve of, because you used to play MW4. I used to play in the tesla sites... three of them, two invitationals, 2 bells and a burton and, I'm no more "Elite" than you are... and I have way more than you have invested in this game. (probably two cars, $15 a game X over a 1000 games, plus tourney fees at $50 per... I'd guess $30K?)

Just waiting to play, along with the people, you're bad mouthing for asking a question... Please... Stop it.

My first character in STO was Titus Pullo XIV...yeah had to delete that one...

As for misspelling your character name I think (hope) the devs will have a grace period to adjust our handles. As for now we're locked in. And you're doubly screwed if (any of us) bought a Legendary Pack and misspelled their name...well probably. You'd think the Devs would want to get their customers names right for the credits.

Besides, the "E" in "Hanse" just seems pretentious to me, like ladies ending their name with an "I" like "Staci."

One more thing: If you mispell "mispelled" does that consume the universe?
