Make The Tier Number More More Contrast Already

right now i have to strain my eyes to recognize what it is because it has some amazing contrast of white on yellow with no borders, on top of that, tier1 and tier3 have a pretty similar shade of yellow

Not the best design, but I can see the numbers fine. It's not like it's a real issue, you can see them in the mechlab.
