[Vechs]

Hello! This is Duncan Fisher, coming to you live from the forums.

Every new thread is make or break for some of these posters.

They're waiting on a game to come out, and it's unbearable. They'll do almost anything to pass the time, just get a thread and slap some machine guns on it, and you can compete.

But some of these kids have heart, which is something you don't get in the other game forums.

I've just got this off the wire folks, and it's official... I really botched some of my lines in Mechwarrior 4!

Let's take a break from the current match, and take a look. Some of these posts are about positioning, but the action could break at any minute, and then there will be a lot of activity on the thread.




(On a serious note, I loved Duncan from Mechwarrior 4: Mercenaries. PGI, if you guys ever have any kind of arena-type game mode, please consider getting him back to do some voice overs. <3)

I love how they bleep something innocuous like *** or damn but forget to bleep his little quip at the start of part 2.

I think my favorite bit is when he's turning a page and he has a pencil (or paper) in his mouth while saying -- "I feel sorry for that pilot's mother!"

Oh man all the nostalgia, could you imagine how much fun a FFA (Free for all) solaris matches would be in this game. They should totally get him to come back and do the voices. =D

Could you imagine the voice actor that did Duncan Fisher commentating on a MWO tournament? Now that would be friggin sweet. The only problem is that's live commentary, and I'm not sure how much he actually knows about Battletech.

I'm so glad you made this thread! I downloaded MechWarrior 4 yesterday to try it out, and I just got to the Solaris Arena not even an hour ago. Totally is a great guy, makes the arena's hilarious to participate in. Already won all the mediums
won't unlock heavy yet though, my Catapult is itching to destroy : [

ha ha! He just said that line not 10 minutes ago in my Light Jungle match

Thanks. I want to add a Dalek, after one of the latest Urbie threads, but I still need something to pair it with.
