PHX is my second most wanted Macross unseen after Warhammer. Because it's a medium, I can suspend my disbelief of the cockpit being in the tiny head a little better than with the Wasp, Stinger and Valkyrie. In Macross the pilot sits inside the chest and the head is a sensor, sometimes weapons, turret.

I also like it in general, though as I kid I didn't understand the heavy heat load.

Well, I see there are a lot of nostalgia about the Archer.... Morgan and Jaime, maybe?

BTH, I would like to pilot it only if PGI decides to double lrm speed or to remove ghost heat in smr.

In TT, it was pretty good, but I largely prefer the Phoenix Hawk-3D nostalgia.

Or maybe they should put all the Macross VF-1 based mechs in the same package: Wasp, Stinger, Valkyrie, Phoenix Hawk and Crusader.

Generally most mech packs come with 1 of each class, release the Warhammer and MAD first lets them get around that.

Personally I would like a Town hall no to include a sales pitch but to be totally about new features and answering questions from the player base... but I do not have much hope.

Right there with you OP, I would pre-order the crap out of the phoenix hawk and even if it sucked I would still pilot it on a wave of bliss as I descended into tier 5

Russ already said on Twitter that there will be no new mech pack announced on the upcoming townhall. Seems he wants to focus on CW.

I hope they continue selling individual mechs. I won't be happy if they try forcing me to buy light and medium aerotechs just to get the Archer and Crusader.
