The match itself was in river city and both teams were very active. They were pretty even as well with the game being up or down by one and getting to 8-8. I'm pretty sure if I and the greifer had been active in the match my team would have won. In the end it was a loss 8-12.
At no point what so ever did the other pilot move his mech, fire any weapon, or torso twist. Not even when being fired upon by three of the enemy team. You might say that the other pilot could have been just afk because life happens. Most times I would agree but it is commonly know to me and others who have had the misfortune to drop with this pilot that he does the exact same behavior. At best this pilot will fire when surrounded at the end of match having sat on spawn untill then.
Looking at the rules he breaks this one repeatedly:
Non-Participation Abuse
If a player has joined a match, they must have launched the game with intent to play. Players who are not moving, or are otherwise not participating in the spirit of the game, fall under this category. While we all understand the call of nature: Repeated abuse of this behaviour, similarly to 'Mech Suicide and Team Killing, results in an unfair advantage for the enemy teams, and is thus not considered acceptable use. Please keep in mind that idling on your cap point without armour or moving does not constitute a form of tactical "Base Defense".
When all of my team had died minus me and the greifer I intentionaly broke the team treason rule giving out our position:
Team Treason
Treasonous provision of information to enemy combatants, also known as "bird-doging" is forbidden. This involves a player using the in-game chat to provide the enemy team with the locations of their own team mates. While we appreciate that some players may wish to have a round end early by calling out the location of an AFK team-mate, the risk that this could be used against an active participant of the match to deny them the use of cover and movement makes this a form of a griefing. You may declare a teammate AFK but not their coordinates or position.
My reson for doing that was there were 3 minutes left in the match and I wanted to record which specific behavior pattern the greifer was doing. Was he just afk all match or was he going to attempt to shoot back and try and farm wounded mechs to pad his stats?
My delima is that as a founder I risk losing my account as well for violating the rules in an attempt to enforce them on another dispite my knowing the other repetadly breaks the rules ruing the game play for any team he is on. The greif is also a founder as well which sadens me even more. Why risk all those mechs and something you worked hard for and are proud to be just do break the rules repetadly and ruin the match for your team?

HAHAHAHAHAHA.
That's funny, because you say it like PGI's moderation death squads have boundaries on the internet of where they'll look for ToS heresy and penalize people for it.
To be fair, Herr Snow is no longer with us, and Tina doesn't seem like the jackboot-and-trenchcoat type, so he may be safe.
Depends. If you make the video known especially through the forums, they may well take issue with it. I had that happen at a game company once.

Then we would have some idea of what you are talking about because you sound like a drama queen without some evidence.

Seriously though, name and shame is against forum ToS, just report them directly to support.

Report him. Stop being a baby and whining about it on the forum. So many tryhards and cryhards in the game and it just keeps getting worse.
The forums are slowly becoming much more fun that the actual game.

It could be that someone is testing out a bot program. Bots in Wot can move and shoot at people. Could also be that they are attempting to tank their tier so they can get lower and farm.
