I think it will be either the Archer or the Pheonix Hawk ,

but if its not the only unseen medium left, then I would be pumped if it was the Crusader

We already have! It's called LAG :D

Edit: Or that teleport thing that happens when you collide with another mechs...

I was gonna say it has ECM.

In a world where there is no ECM (as was during that battle), it would seem like magic. Maybe a PPC blast jarred a forgotten piece of equipment into functionality.

I don't buy the premise. Rifleman is too similar to the Jager for me to be interested in spending my c-bills, Archer is too similar to the Catapult.

But of the two, the Archer is the least similar to the catapult, so I guess the Archer.

Both are extremely mediocre choices, though, given that both mechs are already being 90% done by other chassis.

gonna point out that at this point, you really can't expect anything NEW, until we get new tech. It's all been done before...it's just the pretty packaging we are quibbling over now.

Well out of the two in the OP, I'd take the Rifleman. Not because it has high-mounted arms with guns on them, but because it has high-mounted arms with guns on them! :D

I've long loved the look of the Rifleman, and I'd love to pilot one (outside of MW4) as I feel it would be fun. ^_^ Besides, it looks pretty cool. B)

I completely agree. I haven't felt compelled to buy much of anything new for exactly that reason.

The only exception is the Mauler, and even it is not really better than (or significantly different from) the Dire Wolf I already own.

We've basically explored 90% of all the possibilities; It's time for some new tech or some new game modes. New 'mechs ain't cuttin' it.

I want to see the Archer next... Purely for nostalgia as it was always my personal favourite and I was never much of a fan of the rifleman.

But I think the Phoenix hawk would be the better choice to release next since we have got two heavies already and they need to show some love to the little guys.

What no love for Ostman Industries?

I guess between the two I would say Archer. With the hero Archer being Morgan Kell's mech. Jamie Wolf was a close second but we have Natasha's Warhammer already.

But if it's a Rifleman than the Hero mech should be Grey Norton's Rifleman since we have Yen Lo Wang already.

Honestly my hope is for a Phoenix Hawk before a third classic heavy.

Both are boring mechs that bring nothing new to the table. I don't care which one is first, bring the one first that is more popular, I guess?

1) Phoenix Hawk

2) As noted there is currently nothing new left to bring to the table, until new tech is introduced, so that argument is moot.

100 tonner, 4 high torso mounts, The arm weapons are to deal with Light MEch wolfpacks.

Sound pretty ultimate meta to me

Rifleman is a joke. It was replaced by the Jager for a reason, plus I have the Firebrand already.

Archer? Sorrey for not playing along, but there's only one missile based, heavy class Unseen that I want:
