So, who's the next guest at the party?

Stinger, Wasp, Crusader? Or Longbow?

I'd be astonished if Crusader's not in the pipeline. If not, the only reason is that PGI wants to hold on to a "hot" mech release until a further date.

With Stinger/Wasp I guess the major issue is whether PGI has any interest in releasing a light mech in general. Certainly hasn't seemed like it of late.

I think with the rescale a 20-tonner with good humanoid hitboxes just got a new lease on life.

I'm dreaming of a Stinger+Wasp combo pack, but if we only get one, I'd pick the Wasp. Better build diversity, including the laser boats, which is how most people would run their Stingers anyway.

I pick only a stinger/wasp combo pack. Pricing is to much for an single light mech pack...

Maybe if they turn them into bipedal mechs we'll see them.

Why not just create a Mech Discussion subforum? Freeing General Discussion from all the mech **** would probably be nice.

Then what's the point of having them in the first place?! Posted Image

This thread is going to be talk about ALL Unseen Mechs, and I'd like to keep it that way.

So no necro - Posted Image

Don't know the Crusader won't be in this game. Why should it? It would not give anything new to the game - its a mix of Archer/Thunderbolt/Catapult/JaegerMech

Without LegoTech just StockMech it would be a addtition - although the usage of flammer and machineguns doesn't sound so great.

A complete other thing -also a unseen - although not related or derivated from the Crusader, the GRAND CRUSADER.
Also, a good bunch of TRO3055 Clan Secondlines are "Unseen" not by a law suite but because of FASA foreign origin.

The Black Viper, Behemoth and Goshawk to name some of the most "promising"

well the linebacker might have been the test bed - but oh it is to tall....

funny thing is most quads can become biped mechs very easy - and they are in most cases even the better Mechs in TT...with exception of the Heavy Gauss Barghest and the 4X...you don't get a better Mech on two legs

I'd love the Ost-mechs in the "I'd like to see Alex salvage those" sense.

Wasp and Stinger would be so bad. Same size as Locust but can't reach same top speed, they'd be DOA long before the artwork.

How can I write in the snow with an Ostscout ?

If P.G.I could make something worthwhile for it's sensors to do then I wouldn't be averse to one, its the only ost series I kind of like, but without a decent sensor mechanic it's a pointless inclusion
