E-mail support if you didn't get your rewards when you qualify, they helped sort it out when I didn't get my Cicida earlier.

LOL i bought 2 shadowcat and one of them had a white centurion picture. I went back to the store twice checking if i owned 2 shadowcat or not, played with filter yadayada till i realized what was going on lol.
