I don't want to - and I won't - spend $400+ for 2 'Mech packages just to get an Invasion Mad Dog.

But, I would spend $40 and get that tasty Invasion Mad Dog with an (I) beside its name.

So, are we getting that Mad Dog a-la-carte or what, PGI? I think it's time; it's been months since the Wave 2 has been released. Otherwise, you guys will be short $40 that you could've made from a nice gentleman.

You just don't need it, just buy it with CBills or MC. One of these days I'm sure a Hero variant will come out and maybe that will then be worth your purchase to get the CBill bonus.

At the moment I've purchased one Mad Dog. I've liked driving it enough that I'd love to be able to buy a pack of them, or at least with them in it as the heavy mech, but I really wouldn't want to go through both clan packs to get it... I mean have you seen the Man-O-War collection.

It would probably go for 55 dollars like any clan A La Carte mech, but thats fine by me.

Kidding. I'd almost go for that, TBH. Out of the Clan mechs it's probably my favorite style wise.

Besides, I want that (I) beside my Mad Dog's name, so no, I'm not buying with C-Bills or MC.

If it were made available, it would still probably cost $55 (assuming, you are buying your first ala carte mech).

The Invasion Mad Dog is the ultimate clan reward. They advertised the way to get it was to purchase Wave 1 and 2.

Maybe they'll do a Loyalty variant later. I have been enjoying my (L) Executioner.

I haven't logged into the forums in like months but I did just to post in this thread. After owning all the maddogs except for the invasion one trust me it's not worth $40

Look pretty cool but sucks to play and Is unrewarding, streak dog, dual gauss, anything it can do, mad cat does better, plus it can JUMP!

It can't do 36 srm splat dog!

Also having a 60 tonner is nice for CW drop decks.

Nothing in this game is worth $40. Money is not an issue for me. I just want to have that damn Invasion Mad Dog, bruh.

You could always pester Russ on Twitter or CS about making it available. Hard to say if they'd do it though, because afaik it's still available as a bonus for buying all of wave I & II. You'd probably also have to get a large number of other players to petition for it, and if you can pull that off PGI has shown a willingness in the past to go along with things like that if there's enough people wanting it.

Or maybe instead of an A La Carte you could convince them to do a MDD Mastery pack, which would be a better deal IMO anyway.

You know that the (I) variant is the same as any other MDD-Prime, right? I have one of each, and they play about the same. Not to mention that the (I) variant was a reward for purchasing both Clan Wave packs.

Yep, I know that. And I also know your latter statement. Maybe you just haven't read my posts: I just want an Invasion (I) Mad Dog, just so I can have that cool (I) beside its name. And, you get a permenant 30% C-Bill boost which is always tasty.

Enjoying the Summoner but I'd have gone with the Vulture if they were a la carte available . I wanted one Invasion variant. Went with the Thor because that is the one I like next best.

Just under an hours worth for me... But I've already got the (I) Mad Dog.... Love using it in LRM30 and SRM36 Troll modes.
