I doubt you realy played Wot... Most premium tanks are worse than a completly upgraded regular tank fo the same tier. There was an exception, the Tier 2 Pzkpfw 38H 735(f). But with the implementation of the french techtree you can get an equivalent Tier 2 tank, with the same armor layout, a slightly lower side profile and a better gun.
Some people claim the Type 59 to be imbalanced, but i don't have problems taking it out with any of my Tier 8 tanks, though it's still probably the most powerful premium tank ingame. All others... garbage... sure, there are some premiums that are fun to drive, because of the unique characteristics and they all make more money than the regular counter parts, but they are hardly superior in any way.

If anything, WoT is a good example of premium vehicles, as the increased money/xp gain comes with a disadvantage on the battlefield most of the time.

The only 'balance breaker' are the premium items, like gold ammunitions, repairkits, etc... and i agree that this is something that should be avoided at all costs.

Haven't played WoT huh? Guess you weren't around when the swarms of T59's and Lowes basically ran rampant for months on end. Really sucked when both were broken tanks, and shots would bounce when they should have penetrated. Was awesome to have arty strikes bounce off a Lowe, SU-100 shots repeatedly bounce off a T59 at all angles before they were fixed. The PROBLEM was they were broken at release, and when the players found out they were broken everyone had to buy one to be competitive. That made the game unballanced.

I would spend money on skins or paintjobs similar to Trenched on xbox live. I think I might pay to have my pilot name on the side of my mech similar to a fighter jet. “MEMPHISJOE” on the side would be cool with the number of kills or symbols for the number of kills like in WWII. I do not think there should be special lasers or ammo that is more powerful for purchase with real world money. I really do not want this to be a pay to win type game..

I`ll gladly accept everything except of "golden weapon and modules".I do not want to play a game with that stuff, no way because its pay to win.Premium mechs? well if it`s like tier 2-5 in wot it`s ok to me because they are usually weaker than their silver brothers (i have almost all of them because they are cheap, produce fun, no needs to grind).

I am more in favour of the system that Tribes: Ascend uses. Slight permanent bonus for the first time you buy something, potential to pick up a minor xp/C-Bill bonus outside of a founder's 'mech and the odd tiny consumable or unlock. To me that makes a bit more sense. Having a choice to either grind or pay to unlock stuff is much better. Also having the bonus xp not be 'mech specific as well.

I would pay for a larger mech bay.

I would also pay for Mission packs, both Solo and Group (non-pvp), to go with the standard PvP Matches.

Semi-Offtopic WoT ranting:
I was around, but still a Löwe is just a realy ****** Königstiger, and it always was like that. I saw that people had problems fighting it, but honestly i never understood why. People concentrated fire on turret (on both those tanks) when you could easily punch through the hull armor... not to mention that especially the Type 59 exploded if you just looked at its side armor the wrong way.
The real balance problem was that there were too many of them, and that this broke the matchmaking, pulling too many low players into Tier ~8 battles, and those players had a hard time combating those tanks, those very same players had just as much problems combating regular Tier 8 tanks, but they did not realize that, as there were just so many Löwes around (and later Type 59s*). Anyway, i got experience on both sides of those tanks, as i own all Tier 8 Premiums (with the exception of the preorder tank) and a wide selection of regular Tier 8 tanks.
Like i said, i agree that the Type 59 is probably the most powerful premium, and it's especially powerful against lower tier tanks, against other Tier 8 tanks its just another medium, and it blows up easily.. it always did that. And the Löwe was always a crap tank that got all 'hyped' cause it was the first premium with a nice maingun. It's still a crap tank compared to other tier 8 heavies, hell i'm doing better with my KV-5.

For reference you can look up Feindfeuer on the eu servers (you'll see it's also a beta account, even some beta sherman matches on there before i sold it), i don't have WoT installed on this machine to take a fancy screenshot myself. Than you can start mocking my bad stats, or something like that. I don't care, cause i know i'm right.

WoT did premium vehicles right, they never were realy overpowered with the exception of the 38H, and though it took very long to fix... i did not take longer than everything else they need fixing.

* Do you write "Type 59s" and put the s on the end of the complete name, or is it "Types 59", with the s at the end of Type?

Ontopic:
Premium Mechs should only ever offer a C-Bill boost and maybe slightly different looks (like on the founder mechs), as even though a premium-mech model on par with the wot-premium tank model would not be Pay-2-win, i would hate to limit the free players to a smaller selection of mechs.
Also i recall that the Devs stated that they wanted every mech to be buyable via ingame c-bills, and i'd be rather disapointed if they don't stick to that.
